Cover Your Internet Tracks

If you are the victim of spousal abuse, one thing you don't need is your spouse finding out that you are searching for a source of information and comfort in the Internet community. If you've visited some Internet websites, your computer has no doubtedly left a trail of evidence behind for your spouse to find. We can show you ways to erase this evidence. Although following these steps should clear your browser's history and cache files, this is in no way any guarantee that information will not be left in your browser. If you are searching for help, please don't do it on your own computer unless you have a complete understanding on how to erase the evidence, and please -- seek help to get out of your situation.
