Convicts have moved, and not reported where

Michigan police don't know the whereabouts of more than 1,300 sex offenders, because they moved and failed to report their new addresses.
The AWOL criminals - ranging from rapists and pornographers to child kidnappers - no longer live at the addresses they listed on the state's 31,045-name Sex Offender Registry. Their failure to file a change of address within 10 days is a felony punishable by up to four years in prison.
