IN: High Court Grants Injunction Against Sex Offender Registry.

Indiana's sex offender registry will not go online Monday as planned.

The state Supreme Court has granted an injunction preventing the website, which would include pictures of sex offenders as well as their names and home addresses, from going online for the time being.

In a close 3-2 vote, the Indiana Supreme Court not only ruled in favor of the stay, but decided to hear the challenge to Zachary's Law, bypassing the state appeals court.
