TN: Tougher laws for sex offenders on the way.

Convicted sex offenders who fail to register with the state may not get away with it much longer. Tennessee law enforcement leaders are fighting for better tracking systems and tougher punishment.

Tennessee's sex offender registry was designed to let the public know if convicted child molesters or rapists are living in their neighborhood. But the problem is, many sex offenders aren't reporting in, and it's a much bigger problem, than you might think.
