Child Identification System

As parents, we pray that our children will never be among the world's missing children. It's a thought we could all do without. But, if your child was missing, our "Child Identification System" will give authorities the information needed to assist in the search of your child. When your child is missing, you may not be able to recall important characteristics of your own child that are essential to know at that crucial moment. Time is of the essence, and if you have all this information ready in one place, you won't waste any time trying to remember things at a time when your only thought is of holding your precious child in your arms again. We hope you never experience the pain of a missing child, but we do want you to be prepared. Print out our Child ID System, fill in your child's information, update the photo yearly, and be sure to keep it in a safe place. Some parents choose to fold it (where indicated) and carry a copy with them so they always have a recent picture and all the information they need if ever an emergency occurs. Please keep safe, and stay informed.

Before you print, make sure you setup your printer for small margins so you'll get the whole Child ID System on one 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper (.05" margin at the top and bottom). Ideal printing is on legal size paper, 8 1/2" x 14".
